Licensed Life Insurance Agent – Inside Sales (Northern Virginia)

Are you a licensed Life Insurance agent who excels on the phone? We’ve stripped away the travel, the gas costs, and the "no-show" appointments. We provide the leads; you provide the closing skills.

Located in our Virginia office, this is a high-volume, high-energy telephonic sales role. We specialize in a "one-call close" system, meaning you have the support and the leads to write business every single day without ever leaving your desk.

The Opportunity: High Volume, High Velocity

This is a Commission-Only position for agents who want to maximize their time. Instead of driving across the county for one meeting, you'll be handling back-to-back calls with interested prospects.

Warm Leads Provided: No cold calling. We funnel high-intent leads directly to you.
Telephonic Sales: 100% of the sales process is handled over the phone.
One-Call Close Environment: Our system is designed for efficiency. If you are a strong closer, you will thrive here.
In-Office Culture: Work in a vibrant Virginia hub where you can hear top producers closing deals around you.

The Path to Passive Income

Production: Earn top-tier commissions on your own sales.
Agency Building: We provide the platform for you to recruit and build your own team.
Overrides: Earn passive income by collecting overrides on the production of your downline agents.

What You Bring to the Table

Life Insurance License (from any state): Must be active and in good standing.
Phone Mastery: Ability to build instant rapport, overcome objections, and close the deal in a single conversation.
Reliability: This is an in-office role. We value the synergy and training that happens when the team is together.
Ambition: You aren't satisfied with just "getting by." You want to build an agency and scale your income.

Key Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls to provided leads.
Conduct thorough needs-based discovery to pair clients with the right products.
Complete electronic applications and see them through to issue.
(Optional) Recruit and mentor new agents to grow your override stream.
