Business Office Manager – Senior Living Community
Location: Woodbridge, VA

We are seeking an organized, compassionate professional to join our team as a Business Office Manager. This key role supports residents, families, and staff by overseeing the community’s daily business and administrative operations.

Primary Responsibilities

Manage billing, rent roll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
Process Long-Term Care insurance claims and related documentation
Coordinate payroll and benefits administration paperwork
Support recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes
Serve as the liaison for IT systems and office technology
Perform general administrative duties, purchasing, and office support

Qualifications

Experience with accounting or business office systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
Comfortable troubleshooting basic IT and communication systems
Previous administrative experience preferred
Assisted living experience preferred
PointClickCare experience preferred
Professional, dependable, and service-oriented demeanor
