Responsibilities:

Lead and support the customer service team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Serve as a key resource for customer concerns, escalations, and service resolution.
Develop and implement customer service processes and best practices to drive consistency and efficiency.
Partner closely with sales and service teams to ensure customer expectations are me.t
Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve retention and loyalty.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members to support individual and team success.
Establish performance expectations and promote accountability across the department.
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service excellence.
Track and communicate team performance and operational results.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Five (5)+ years of customer service leadership or management experience.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience supporting customer-facing operations and resolving escalated issues.
Experience with customer service platforms and business systems preferred.
Service industry, inside sales, or order management experience is a plus.
High level of professionalism, accountability, and customer focus.
