CNC Machining Specialist – 4-Day Work Week (2nd Shift)

$32.00 – $36.00/hr + $3.00/hr Shift Differential • Sugar Bush, WI Area • 2nd Shift • 100% Onsite

SCHEDULE: 4-Day, 10-Hour Work Week | Monday – Thursday (3:00 PM – 1:00 AM) | Steady, Predictable Schedule
MACHINING SETUP: Setting up and operating Vertical/Horizontal Machining Centers (VMCs/HMCs) and Mazak CNC Turning Equipment
EXPERIENCE DEPTH: 3 to 5+ Years of Dedicated CNC Setup and Part Verification Experience
FINANCIAL INCENTIVES: Excellent Overtime Opportunities (Fridays) with Progressive Cash Milestone Bonuses
EQUIPMENT STANDARDS: Modern Shop Utilizing New Machinery with Dedicated Operator Machine Assignments

Ability to read engineering prints and use precision tools.
Proactive mindset and troubleshooting skills.
Availability for 2nd shift schedule and willingness to work overtime.
Technical certifications a plus.
