Remote, US ONLY 100% commission, no base or draw · $100,000 to $125,000 Year 1 OTE, $175,000 to $200,000+ Year 2 · Life insurance license required after hire if not already held
The role in one sentence: You bring the sales ability, we bring the leads, mentorship, and process, and together you build an uncapped income with renewals stacking behind it.
Who This Role Is For
This is not for everyone. There is no salary, no draw, and no guaranteed paycheck while you ramp. Your first commission follows your first funded case, and a case takes about 45 days to fund. If that made you want to close this tab, stop reading.
If you can sell, and you want to control your own income instead of capping it at a base, keep reading. You do not need to know anything about life insurance or Infinite Banking today. We teach that, and we pair your first cases with an experienced mentor. What you bring is the ability to prospect, build relationships, and close.
The Company
We teach people to use specially designed life insurance policies to build and control their own banking system, known as the Infinite Banking Concept. Our community is over 10,000 people, our podcast has run for a decade, and our marketing produces hundreds of qualified leads a month. We are hiring because client demand is outgrowing our sales capacity: last month over 800 qualified leads came in with nobody to call them.

What You Will Do
- Outbound prospecting: Daily, from company-provided lead lists
- Self-set client appointments: 17 to 20 a week
- Company-provided appointments: 2 to 4 a week, layered on top
- Case design and client consults: Ongoing mentorship and training weekly
- Application and funding follow-up: Roughly a 45-day cycle per case
- Pipeline and CRM management: Daily, every call logged same day
Most of your appointments come from your own outbound activity. The company supplements with leads placed on your calendar, but you are not hired to wait for those. Your prospects are working professionals, so some of your best calls happen evenings and weekends, and the reps who work those windows get paid extra for it.
How This Role Pays You
- Structure: 100% commission. No salary, no draw, no guaranteed income
- Revenue split: 70% house, 30% you. New account executives share their 30% with a mentor across roughly their first 10 cases, then keep the full 30%.
- Year 1 target OTE: $100,000 to $125,000. Year 1 is a ramp year: activity builds first, production second, income third.
- Year 2 target OTE: $175,000 to $200,000+, with renewal income beginning to stack on everything you placed in Year 1
- Payout timing: Commission pays after policies fund, on roughly a 45-day cycle
There is no earnings ceiling. The reps who treat the ramp as an investment and keep prospecting through it are the ones who reach the Year 2 range.
Experience and Licensing
You need a proven sales track record, at least 2 years, from any industry. You do not need to have sold insurance. We can teach insurance, we can teach policy design, we can teach our process. We cannot teach the ability and willingness to sell.
A life insurance license is required to do this job. If you already hold one, that is a plus. If you do not, you obtain your life and health license at your own expense after you are hired, before you take client calls. The prelicensing course costs about $140 and we point you to the provider. Insurance sales experience and IBC familiarity are pluses, never substitutes for sales ability.
Who Thrives Here
You have a track record of sales success, wherever it came from. You prospect daily without being told to, build relationships quickly, and explain complex ideas simply. You own your pipeline and your numbers, you take feedback and improve, and you are willing to take calls when your prospects are actually free, which sometimes means an evening or a weekend morning. Kind, not nice.
Who You Are NOT
- You need a base salary or draw to feel secure while you ramp.
- You wait for leads to land on your calendar instead of prospecting for your own.
- You are not willing to get a life insurance license, at your own cost, after you are hired.
- You have never carried a sales pipeline or held yourself accountable to activity targets.
- You go quiet or make excuses the moment a deal gets hard.
- You have hopped between 3 or more sales jobs in the last 2 years.
