Job Title: Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

As an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, you'll be the superhero who guides patients through their smile transformation journey. We are Forest Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentistry, and we don’t just give our patients amazing smiles, we give them confidence! While experience is not a must for this role, your passion, enthusiasm, and willingness to be a team player are what we are looking for. Join us in our beautiful, state-of-the-art facility and let’s embark on this journey together!

Responsibilities:

1. Dive into the world of orthodontics alongside our patients. You'll review X-rays, images, and scans with them, showcasing the incredible potential their smiles hold. Your enthusiasm and friendly nature will make them feel confident and excited about their journey.

2. Unlock the secrets of orthodontic treatment plans and translate them into easy-to-understand language. You'll break down complex concepts into simple, bite-sized explanations, empowering patients to make informed decisions about their smile transformation.

3. Assist patients in navigating the financial aspects of their treatment. You'll discuss payment options, insurance coverage, and help them understand the investment in their smile. Your ability to make financial discussions stress-free and straightforward will be a game-changer.

4. Coordinate appointments like a pro! You'll work closely with our orthodontic team to ensure smooth scheduling of consultations, fittings, adjustments, and progress check-ups. Your organizational skills will keep our patients on track and excited about their next step.

5. Be the friendly face our patients can rely on. You'll offer ongoing support, answering any questions or concerns they might have throughout their treatment. Your empathetic nature and genuine care will make them feel valued and well-cared for.

6. Work hand in hand with our orthodontist, dental assistants, and administrative staff to provide a seamless and exceptional patient experience. Your excellent communication skills will foster a cohesive and supportive team environment.
