Operations & Accounting Support Analyst

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about keeping operations running smoothly? We're seeking an Operations & Accounting Support Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and enjoys working with data, customer service, billing, and operational processes.

In this role, you'll be at the center of daily operations—ensuring customer orders, billing transactions, and logistics documentation are processed accurately and efficiently. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with numbers, and collaborating across multiple teams, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As an Operations & Accounting Support Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting operational, customer service, and accounting functions by:

Processing customer orders and entering operational data accurately into company systems.
Supporting customer service inquiries related to shipments, documentation, and billing.
Preparing and processing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions.
Creating and sending customer invoices accurately and on time.
Obtaining vendor costs and ensuring charges are entered correctly.
Reviewing, reconciling, and processing import, export, trucking, and warehouse operation files.
Identifying missing documentation, billing discrepancies, and data mismatches, then coordinating timely resolutions.
Communicating with carriers, truckers, shipping agents, customers, vendors, warehouse personnel, and freight operations teams to ensure accurate and efficient processing.
Creating warehouse barcode labels and partnering with warehouse teams to ensure proper labeling.
Reviewing all documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company procedures.
Maintaining organized electronic filing systems and operational records.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, customer service, billing, accounting support, or administrative operations.
Experience with Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and invoicing processes.
Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
