Full Job Description

Are you passionate about helping people, building relationships and delivering excellent service? We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our Team.

Responsibilities

· Greet members and provide exceptional member service

· Perform a variety of in-person, drive-thru and phone teller transaction efficiently and accurately. Transactions include, but or not limited to, processing deposits, check cashing/withdrawals/advances, accepting payments, assisting members with inquires, stop payments, wire transfers, update information, etc.

· Maintain and balance cash drawer, cash dispenser

· Assist in answering phones, opening/closing accounts and loan processing

· Scan, copy and file documents

· Open and/or close Branch

· Maintain confidentiality

· Perform various other duties as required or assigned

Skills

· High School Diploma or GED required

· 1 year relevant and transferrable customer service and retail cash handling experience to include balancing a cash drawer; required

· 6 months previous Teller experience, preferred or ability to learn teller duties

· Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment with frequent interruptions

· Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize duties

· Proficient in utilizing PC, software and other office equipment

· Act with integrity, diplomacy, courtesy and confidentiality

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Other Qualifications

· Must be able to work a variable Monday through Saturday schedule

· Must be bondable and able to pass a criminal background check

Pay Range represents the lowest and highest rate of pay for the position. The hiring rate of pay will be between the lowest and highest rate determined by many factors including how long you have worked in the industry, job role, relevant skills and expertise.
