What You'll Do

As Associate Corporate Counsel, you'll help support legal initiatives across the company while developing into a trusted legal advisor and business partner.

You'll have the opportunity to:

Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide variety of commercial agreements including software licensing agreements, SaaS agreements, vendor contracts, service agreements, NDAs, professional services agreements, insurance contracts, and other business contracts.
Partner with leaders across Operations, Sales, Servicing, Compliance, HR, and Executive Management to provide practical legal guidance.
Research legal questions and translate complex legal issues into practical business solutions.
Assist with regulatory compliance and licensing requirements across multiple states.
Support corporate governance activities, including corporate filings, entity maintenance, annual reports, and board-related matters.
Coordinate with outside counsel on litigation, employment matters, and specialized legal issues.
Identify legal and business risks while helping develop practical solutions that support company objectives.
Participate in strategic business initiatives, acquisitions, vendor negotiations, and special projects.
Improve legal processes, documentation, and efficiencies throughout the organization.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with tremendous potential—not necessarily someone who has already done everything.

The ideal candidate is:

A recent law school graduate or attorney with 0–3 years of legal experience
Licensed to practice law in California
Curious and eager to learn
Business-minded and solutions-oriented
Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
An excellent writer and communicator
Comfortable managing multiple priorities
Confident working directly with executives and business leaders
Someone who enjoys collaboration and building strong relationships

Experience That Will Help You Succeed

While not required, experience or coursework in any of the following is a plus:
