Job Description

We’re now hiring Property and Casualty Insurance Advisors who want to grow a fulfilling career centered around cultivate strong relationships.
In this role, you’ll provide accurate and timely responses to a variety of calls that will include, but not be limited to travel insurance coverage questions and discover the root cause behind a caller’s interest in travel insurance and align their needs with the appropriate product.

We provide pay of $20.00 per hour + up to $800 per month. Thats up to $24.61 per hour earning potential, and 401k

The ability to provide full attention and taking time to understand the customer’s needs, asking clarifying questions as appropriate.

Effective written communication skills, targeting information, comments and explanations in a manner appropriate to the needs of the audience.
Effective teamwork skills: willingness to help others; adaptable to team goals; builds and leverage relationships; capable of training others; displays leadership skills; assist managers with tasks
Ability to resolve service issues and complaints, leveraging problem-solving and service skills to achieve an appropriate outcome promptly and effectively with a great deal of independence.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing quality customer service. This includes assessing customer needs, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Need to be available M-F 9:30-7:15pm EST
Must have an active property and casualty or personal lines
Proficiency in email, preferably MS Outlook is required
1 year of experience in a Call Center is required
1 year of experience in a Sales related role or a role with Sales aspects, is required
Experience in the Insurance industry is preferred.
Experience in the Travel Industry is preferred.
