Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our luxurious spa. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional client service, and ensure a smooth flow of appointments and inquiries. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create a relaxing environment for our guests, making every visit memorable. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant wellness team dedicated to enhancing clients' well-being.

Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, using proper phone etiquette to handle inquiries and appointment bookings
Manage appointment scheduling using word processing and calendar management tools, ensuring optimal flow of daily bookings
Maintain accurate client records through filing, data entry, and proofreading of documents
Provide excellent customer support by addressing client questions, assisting with service selections, and supporting their needs throughout their visit
Handle office management tasks such as answering emails, managing supplies, and organizing administrative paperwork
Support front desk operations with clerical tasks including typing, data entry, and maintaining organized files

Experience

Previous office management or administrative experience in a customer service setting is preferred
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone reception best practices
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
Personal assistant or clerical experience that includes calendar management and time management skills is advantageous
