Customer Service Manager - Order Management
Allentown, PA | $55,000-$65,000 salary
Schedule: 100% Onsite

About the Opportunity

We’re partnering with a growing company that is hiring a Customer Experience Manager to help improve how customer orders are handled from start to finish.

This is a great fit for someone with experience in customer service, order management, supply chain, logistics, or customer operations who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working with customers and internal teams.

The main goal of this role is simple: make sure customer orders are accurate, updates are communicated clearly, and customers feel confident that their orders are being handled the right way.

What You’ll Be Doing

Receive and process customer purchase orders.
Confirm orders have been received and entered correctly.
Review details such as item codes, pricing, quantities, lead times, freight terms, and ship-to information.
Manage order changes, including delays, cancellations, quantity changes, and revised ship dates.
Work with production, scheduling, procurement, and operations to confirm product availability.
Keep customers updated on delays, shortages, schedule changes, or other order issues.
Help resolve customer concerns related to shipping errors, shortages, damages, or missing documents.
Track customer issues and help reduce repeat problems.
Support process improvements for order entry, customer updates, and order changes.
Help improve on-time and accurate delivery.

What They’re Looking For

Experience in customer service, order management, logistics, supply chain, or customer operations.
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Comfortable working with customers and internal teams.
Able to handle multiple priorities at once.
Able to communicate issues clearly and professionally.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
ERP experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but strong relevant experience will also be considered.
