Full Job Description

At AblePay Health, we are on the mission of providing an enhanced patient experience. To support our mission, we’re on the hunt for a values-driven Payment Processor that wants to work hard, have fun, and make a difference with us in Allentown, PA. Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

What the Job Looks Like

As a Payment Processor, you will evaluate claims to ensure data integrity before processing within our secure Member Portal. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Build credible, trusted relationships with our clients and customers.
Promptly respond to each of our customers’ inquiries.
Support our ticket system to ensure member payments are processed properly and efficiently.
Support the Claims Adjudication, HRA, and Member Support departments as required.
Establishes a working relationship with billing providers, Members, and internal staff
Assists Members on any related dispute/issue as authorized.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Mathematic mindset to assist our customers, even in the most difficult situations.

· Comfort using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
