Full Job Description

Overview

Our office is seeking a dentist who is compassionate and skilled along with being energetic and interested in professional growth. An ideal candidate should be a team player and be ready to work while maintaining sound professional standards. Having experience in performing molar RCT and Implant placement is preferred but not required. The candidate should be able to work collaboratively with the team and follow the office protocols.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments and examinations to diagnose dental conditions.
Perform a variety of dental procedures, including general dentistry, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry.
Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records using dental software and ensure compliance with infection control protocols.
Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans, oral hygiene, and preventive care.
Stay updated on dental terminology and advancements in the field to provide the best care possible.
Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure a smooth workflow in the clinic.

Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license,DEA, Malpractice insurance Occurence based, and ability to pass any required background checks.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, infection control practices, and medical terminology.
Experience or training in endodontics, implant placement and pediatrics is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and comfort.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry best practices.
