We are committed to innovation, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making. Our team thrives on collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical, hands-on finance leader to oversee financial performance across multiple business units, drive process improvement, and partner cross-functionally on strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong accounting and finance fundamentals with operational curiosity, leadership capability, and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insight. The ideal candidate will be comfortable balancing day-to-day financial stewardship with broader initiatives such as reporting enhancements, automation opportunities, forecasting, and enterprise-wide process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead finance support for multiple business units, serving as both a strategic partner and financial steward for operational decision-making.
- Mentor and grow a team of finance individuals to assist in supporting a portfolio of companies.
- Own and improve financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, accounting oversight, and performance visibility across assigned areas.
- Drive and support projects involving financial and nonfinancial metrics across multiple companies
- Partner with stakeholders to improve data quality, reporting consistency, and decision-support tools, including automation and AI-enabled opportunities where appropriate.
- Provide leadership in areas such as financial packages, billing rates, transfer pricing, value streams, rework reporting, and other customized analytical responsibilities.
- Help create capacity for deeper-value finance work by improving tools, simplifying workflows, and ensuring high-priority financial issues are addressed with speed and rigor.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or closely related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the following areas:
- Supporting manufacturing, operational, or multi-unit business environments.
- Progressive finance and/or accounting experience, including leadership responsibility across multiple businesses or functional areas.
- Strong capabilities in financial analysis, accounting, financial management, forecasting, inventory, and leadership.
- Leading or contributing to projects that improve reporting visibility, decision support, or automation across finance processes.
- Demonstrated experience with Excel-heavy analysis, customized reporting, dashboards, and process improvement initiatives.
What Success Looks Like
The person in this role will quickly become a trusted finance partner who can own complex financial work, improve reporting and analysis, support cross-functional priorities, and create better structure around the business’s most important metrics and decisions. Success means not only keeping the financial engine running, but also identifying smarter ways to use data, improving processes, and expanding the impact of finance on the organization.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is equal parts accountant, analyst, operator, and leader: someone who is meticulous enough to care deeply about data quality and financial accuracy, but strategic enough to recognize where process, automation, and better visibility can unlock meaningful business value.
