Job Overview

Join our dynamic hospitality team as an Overnight Bellman, where you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests during the night shift. In this energetic role, you will ensure a seamless guest experience by providing exceptional customer service, assisting with luggage and transportation needs, and maintaining the safety and security of our property. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable stays for our guests while supporting the smooth operation of the front desk and guest services during overnight hours. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills in a vibrant hotel environment.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, offering assistance with luggage, directions, and hotel information to foster a welcoming atmosphere
Assist guests with transportation arrangements, including shuttle services and parking inquiries
Maintain security protocols by monitoring hotel entrances, exits, and public areas during overnight hours
Support the front desk team by handling guest inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and efficiency
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests or resolve issues promptly
Follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety at all times, including responding to incidents or alarms effectively
Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing concerns proactively and ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay

Skills

Excellent customer service skills combined with problem-solving capabilities to handle guest concerns smoothly
Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for clear client interactions via phone or in person
Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail
