About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Seamstress to join our team full-time to help produce high-quality fur products, including mittens, hats, teddy bears, and other sewn items. Prior experience working specifically with fur is not required, but strong sewing experience is essential.
This is a hands-on production role focused on craftsmanship, consistency, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Sew and assemble fur and fabric products such as mittens, hats, teddy bears, and related items
Operate industrial and/or domestic sewing machines
Follow patterns, templates, and production guidelines
Cut, prepare, and assemble materials accurately
Perform hand-stitching and finishing work as needed
Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
Maintain an organized and efficient workspace
Work independently and meet daily/weekly production goals
Requirements
Prior sewing experience
Strong attention to detail and steady handwork
Ability to follow instructions and patterns accurately
Good time management and reliability
Willingness to learn working with fur materials (training provided if needed)
Preferred (Not Required)
Experience with thick fabrics, leather, or specialty materials
Experience in production sewing or small manufacturing environments
