Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our hotel. This vital role involves delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive customer service, efficient check-in and check-out processes, and seamless communication. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will create a warm, professional atmosphere that encourages guest satisfaction and loyalty. Your enthusiasm and hospitality expertise will help ensure every guest’s stay is memorable from arrival to departure. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in hotel management and guest relations within a dynamic resort environment.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience
Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, handling inquiries and reservations efficiently
Assist guests with their needs, including room assignments, concierge services, and local information
Handle guest requests promptly, resolving issues to ensure maximum satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details
Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Uphold hotel policies and procedures while fostering positive guest relations at all times

Qualifications

Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems
Experience with night audit procedures is preferred but not mandatory
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
Familiarity with hotel experience standards, including phone etiquette and guest services best practices
