Location: Alpharetta, GA
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | First Shift
Starting Pay: $15/hour

What You’ll Do

As a Digital Records Processing Associate, you’ll support the conversion of physical documents into organized digital records. This role is essential to maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our clients’ information systems.

Document Preparation & Scanning

Prepare and organize paper files for digital conversion
Operate scanning equipment and review image quality
Accurately label and index digital records
Ensure documents are processed according to company standards

Production & Quality Support

Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
Maintain detailed production logs and tracking records
Perform routine quality checks on scanned documents
Keep workstations clean, organized, and efficient

Administrative Assistance

Complete data entry tasks with speed and accuracy
Support additional operational and administrative projects
Collaborate with team members across departments
Assist with other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

✔ Skills & Abilities

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with consistency
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
Ability to type and enter data accurately
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain seated for extended periods

✔ Preferred Qualifications

Experience with document scanning or imaging systems
Previous warehouse, clerical, or production experience is a plus
Strong communication skills in English
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
