Kitchen & Bath Designer (In-Home Sales)

Atlanta, GA | $200K–$400K+ | Pre-Qualified Leads | Uncapped

The Role

Lead in-home consultations and guide homeowners through design + investment decisions
Create and present tailored kitchen/bath solutions
Own the sale from first appointment to signed agreement
Maintain strong client communication and generate referrals

Who This Is For

You’ve personally closed $1M+ annually in remodeling sales
You’re confident in the home and know how to control a consultation
You’re frustrated by:
- weak leads
- slow internal processes

Schedule

1-2 consultations/day, 5 days per week
Wednesdays: team meeting + coaching (half day)
2 Saturdays/month
Limited evening appointments
