FRANCE MEDIA, INC. , is a business-to-business-multimedia company specializing in conference production, publication of magazines, websites, E-Newsletters and Internet news dissemination in the markets of commercial real estate, hospitality, facilities management and maintenance, student housing and medical office buildings. France Media offers a progressive, creative approach to communications and media. The InterFace Conference Group, a division of France Media, has rapidly expanded to 60 events per year.

The conference coordinator plays a vital role in the planning, execution, and post-event reconciliation of a robust calendar of conferences, webinars and events. This position is responsible for maintaining the annual event calendar and ensuring all registration elements — from system to supplies — are managed efficiently.

Key responsibilities include preparing conference materials such as badges, and speaker materials; coordinating supply orders; and overseeing the testing and content management of registration websites. The role also coordinates sponsor and attendee communications, including registration and reminders for sponsors, as well as keynote, speaker and moderator outreach and registration.

Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, as the coordinator acts as a liaison between internal sales reps, conference producers and other coordinators, sponsors, and event planners to ensure a seamless experience for attendees. Attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple deadlines, and proficiency with Cvent are critical for success in this role.

This position requires travel to conferences (approximately 15-20%) and a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team environment. This is an office-based position with some work-from-home flexibility, based in the Buckhead area of Atlanta. The position requires 15-20% domestic travel. Since this position has an office-based component, candidates must live in the Atlanta area for consideration.
