Estate Planning Administrative Coordinator – In-Office (Cumming, GA)

This is a structured, high-accountability administrative role where accuracy, consistency, and follow-through matter every single day.

If you thrive in organized environments where things run on systems—not chaos—this role may be a strong fit.

What This Role Is

You are the operational coordinator behind the client experience and internal workflow.

Your job is to ensure that administrative processes across the firm run smoothly, accurately, and on time—from intake through scheduling and document coordination.

You are not just completing tasks—you are maintaining order and preventing breakdowns.

What You Will Do

Coordinate scheduling with high accuracy
Support workflow management
Maintain and update records and internal systems (CRM/document management)
Handle administrative operations with precision
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients
Ensure nothing falls through the cracks in daily operations

Who This Role Is For
