Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Property Management Regional Manager to lead and oversee multiple residential class A and B properties within a designated region. This pivotal role involves driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and fostering positive relationships with tenants, property owners, and vendors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in property management, administrative expertise, and exceptional leadership skills to motivate teams and deliver outstanding service across all properties under their supervision. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on community living experiences while managing a diverse portfolio of properties.

Responsibilities

Lead regional property teams to ensure seamless daily operations, including leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, and administrative functions.
Oversee lease or rental agreement management, ensuring accuracy, compliance with Fair Housing regulations, and adherence to contractual obligations.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Section 8 housing programs, LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit), and other relevant legal frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance.
Utilize property management software such as Entrata, RealPage, and OneSite to track occupancy data, financials, maintenance requests, and reporting metrics efficiently.
Manage property maintenance operations by coordinating facilities management activities and ensuring timely resolution of repair issues.
Conduct conflict management and negotiation with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve disputes amicably while upholding company policies.
Support property leasing efforts through upselling amenities and services that enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
Maintain detailed records through administrative tools to ensure organized documentation.
Foster excellent customer service by maintaining professional phone etiquette, addressing tenant inquiries promptly, and building strong customer relationships.
Collaborate with legal administrative teams to manage contracts, legal notices, and compliance documentation related to property operations.

Skills

Proficiency in property management software such as Entrata, RealPageand OneSite.
Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, Section 8 housing programs, LIHTC compliance, and lease/rental agreement management.
Demonstrated experience in property management company operations or real estate administrative roles involving facilities management and property leasing.
Excellent conflict management skills combined with negotiation abilities to resolve issues effectively while maintaining positive relationships.
Superior customer service skills paired with professional phone etiquette; adept at upselling services or amenities to tenants.
Office experience including data entry, filing systems, legal document handling, and contract administration.
Ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and organizational efficiency.
Strong communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, vendors, tenants, and regulatory agencies.
