Position Overview/Description
BBT is expanding its team in Alpine, Texas, and is seeking a motivated and dependable Administrative Assistant to join the BBT team.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail oriented, professional, and enjoys supporting customers, team members, and daily office operations. The Administrative Assistant will help provide administrative support, assist with customer service needs, maintain accurate records, and contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.
This role requires strong communication skills, excellent time management, confidentiality, resourcefulness, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using common office technology and should take pride in providing dependable, professional support.
Essential Job Functions
- Provides administrative support for daily office operations and customer service activities.
- Assists customers and team members with questions, documents, account needs, and general office support.
- Communicates clearly and professionally with customers, employees, supervisors, and other departments.
- Maintains organized records, files, documents, and other administrative materials.
- Handles confidential information with care and professionalism.
- Uses Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and other basic technology tools to complete daily tasks.
- Helps ensure tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and by assigned deadlines.
- Supports a positive, customer-focused office environment.
- Works independently while also contributing to a collaborative team culture.
- Demonstrates strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
- Maintains a professional appearance and dependable attendance.
