Full Job Description

Creative Construction Solutions is a growing remodeling company based in Draper, Utah. We built our reputation finishing basements the right way - clean job sites, clear communication, and craftsmanship homeowners trust - and we're now expanding into whole-home remodels. We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to run jobs from start to finish and help us scale that reputation into bigger projects.

THE ROLE

This is a hands-on, hybrid role. You'll be out in the field running your job sites and also the main point of contact keeping clients informed and confident from the first day of work through the final walkthrough. You'll own the schedule, the budget, the crew, and the
client relationship on every job you manage.

If you like being on-site, take pride in a well-run project, and know how to keep a homeowner happy while holding subs and crews to a standard, this is your role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Run multiple remodeling projects at once, from pre-construction handoff through final walkthrough
Manage daily job-site work - schedule and direct crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries
Own each job's schedule and budget; keep projects on time and on cost
Be the client's main point of contact: proactive updates, selections and allowances, and clear answers when questions come up
Walk jobs to check quality, safety, and progress against the plan
Manage selections, change orders, and allowances so there are no surprises
Keep all job information current in our project management software (JobTread) - schedules, budgets, to-dos, and client updates
Coordinate the handoff from sales to production and lead the final walkthrough with the client

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

5+ years managing residential construction or remodeling projects
Strong knowledge of the remodeling process and the trades (framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, finish work)
Proven ability to read plans, build and hold a schedule, and manage a job budget
Excellent communication - you can keep a homeowner calm and informed and hold a subcontractor accountable in the same afternoon
Comfortable using project management software (JobTread experience a plus, but we'll train the right person)
Highly organized; you finish what you start and nothing falls through the cracks
Valid Utah driver's license and clean driving record
Able to safely tow and back a trailer
Basement finishing and/or whole-home remodel experience strongly preferred
