Job Summary

Join our vibrant team as a Front Desk Agent at our brand-new Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable guest experiences from the moment they arrive. As the first point of contact, you’ll be the welcoming face of our property, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive atmosphere. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a dynamic hospitality environment, where your multitasking skills and hospitality expertise will shine. Whether managing reservations, assisting guests with inquiries, or handling emergency procedures, you’ll be instrumental in delivering top-tier service that keeps guests coming back. All positions are paid, reflecting our commitment to valuing every team member’s contribution.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide efficient check-in and check-out services using property management systems such as OPERA or similar platforms
Manage guest reservations accurately through hospitality reservation systems, ensuring special requests and preferences are noted and fulfilled
Answer phone calls promptly with professional phone etiquette, addressing guest inquiries and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions
Handle guest services requests including room changes, concierge assistance, and resolving any issues with a focus on customer service problem-solving
Maintain knowledge of hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety at all times and respond swiftly to any incidents or safety concerns
Support night audit processes by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy
Foster guest relations by engaging in proactive communication, offering personalized service, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel environment is highly preferred
Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms used in hotel management
Multilingual or bilingual skills are a strong plus for serving diverse guests effectively
Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest safety protocols is essential
Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in fast-paced settings, demonstrating excellent phone communication skills and professionalism
Experience with night audit procedures or resort operations adds value to your candidacy
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on guest relations and client communication are key to success in this role
