Job Type: Full-Time
Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Salary: $95,000–$100,000 annually + up to 5% annual performance bonus

Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our North America Finance team in Chicago. This role will support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, financial modeling, and strategic analysis while partnering with leadership across the organization to drive informed business decisions.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, collaborative, and experienced in financial planning and analysis within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
Partner with business leaders to identify, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs).
Develop financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
Build financial models to support strategic investments and business initiatives.
Analyze financial performance and recommend actions to improve business results.
Prepare monthly and annual free cash flow plans and forecast analyses.
Perform ad hoc financial analyses, including:
Discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis
Pricing analysis
Sales proposal evaluations
Volume and standard cost analysis
Financial and strategic business case evaluations
Evaluate new products, R&D initiatives, capital investments, and contracts.
Support the implementation and maintenance of financial consolidation and reporting systems.
Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, Purchasing, and other cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Code of Conduct.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
Broad knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
Working knowledge of general accounting principles and practices, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the General Ledger team.
Knowledge of cost accounting, including product costing and variance analysis.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate financial results and assess the financial and strategic impact of business decisions.
Proficiency in cash flow, balance sheet, and income statement analysis, as well as budgeting and forecasting processes.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional business partners.
Experience planning, coordinating, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience with ERP or financial reporting systems such as Oracle, SAP, or JD Edwards (JDE).

Work Environment

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $95,000–$100,000 annually

Bonus: Eligible for up to a 5% annual performance bonus.
