Full Job Description

Bevi is on a mission to transform how beverages are delivered and consumed. Our connected beverage platform eliminates the need for single-use bottles and cans, making it easy, fun, and sustainable to stay hydrated. As the category leader in IoT-enabled beverage technology, we're building a future where Bevi machines are everywhere people live, work, and connect. We've raised over $160M in venture capital, serve thousands of customers across the US, Canada, UK and Ireland, and we've been rapidly growing year over year, saving over 1 billion bottles from waste. In addition to driving hypergrowth with our current product line, Bevi is heavily investing in new product development.

As an Associate Account Manager, you'll support Bevi's growing community of customers in our direct-to-customer markets. You'll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, focused on expansion, upgrades, and overall satisfaction. You'll balance proactive outreach with responsive service, building relationships that lead to long-term loyalty and growth.

Your Day to Day

Manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention
Identify opportunities for upgrades, expansions, or new product adoption within existing accounts
Build relationships with key contacts and act as their go-to resource for Bevi product knowledge
Maintain regular touchpoints with customers through email, phone, and video check-ins
Track all account activity and renewal data in Salesforce with precision and accountability
Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Marketing to resolve customer needs and identify growth opportunities
Participate in trainings and mentorship opportunities to build skills in consultative selling and customer success

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a client-facing role
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
Curious, eager to learn, and driven by helping customers succeed
Salesforce or CRM experience is a plus
Passion for sustainability and enthusiasm for Bevi's mission
