SThree Wellness is a private luxury wellness studio in Orlando built on three pillars: Sports, Spa, and Smoothies. We blend high-performance fitness, hands-on bodywork, functional nutrition, and beauty services into one elevated brand — and we're transitioning to a products-first model with proprietary health and beauty lines in development.
To succeed in this role, you should genuinely care about the four core pillars that make SThree what it is: Fitness, Nutrition, Massage Therapy, and Beauty. You don't need to be an expert in all four. But you should love at least two and be curious about the rest. These pillars inform every product we develop, every service we offer, and every piece of content we create.
We're looking for a warm, proactive, and camera-ready Health & Wellness Assistant to work directly alongside the founder. This is a unique opportunity to learn entrepreneurship from the inside, contribute to a positive and uplifting environment, and help build a product line from the ground up.
Core Responsibilities
1. Client Outreach
This is priority number one. You'll conduct outreach to potential new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients — promoting services and products, filling time slots, and keeping the studio booked. You'll craft sales pitches, manage follow-ups, and build relationships that turn first-time visitors into long-term clients and product customers. If you're comfortable on the phone, persuasive without being pushy, and love connecting with people — this is your lane.
2. Products & Services Testing and Refinement
SThree Wellness is developing proprietary health and beauty products including skincare, body care, wellness accessories, and supplements. You'll be on the front line of testing these products before they launch — evaluating quality, texture, scent, and presentation. You'll provide honest, detailed feedback, track client reactions, and contribute creative ideas for product improvements and future lines. You'll also test and provide feedback on our spa and wellness services — including fitness training, massage therapy, nutrition coaching, and beauty treatments — to ensure every client experience meets our luxury standard.
3. Social Media Content Strategy
You'll own the Instagram and TikTok presence for both Coach Howard and SThree Wellness. That means content planning, filming, editing, and posting. You'll develop strategies to grow both accounts, engage with followers, and create product-focused content that converts viewers into customers. Content will span all four pillars — fitness, nutrition, massage therapy, and beauty. Must have strong Instagram and TikTok skills. Must be comfortable on camera and behind it.
Optional Responsibilities
These are growth areas. Interest and willingness to learn matter more than experience.
- Event Planning & Organizing — Assist with product launch parties, pop-up wellness experiences, client appreciation events, and seasonal gatherings.
- BITG Podcast Support — Learn the ropes of podcast production including guest scheduling, show notes, and social media promotion.
- Administrative Support — Help with scheduling, email management, and client communications.
- Studio Maintenance — Assist in keeping the studio clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Errands & Inventory — Run occasional local errands and manage studio supplies and product stock.
- Bookkeeping — Handle light invoicing and expense tracking.
Qualifications
Required:
- Prior product sales or retail experience
- Strong phone communication skills — comfortable with outreach and relationship building
- Proven Instagram and TikTok skills — content creation, editing, and strategy
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Orlando, FL
- Warm, professional, and discreet — you'll have access to private client information and studio spaces
- Self-starter who takes initiative and anticipates needs before being asked
- Flexible availability — weekends and evenings are mandatory
Bonus Points (Not Required):
- Interest in fitness, nutrition, massage therapy, or beauty
- Experience with scheduling tools like Calendly or similar platforms
- Prior experience in customer service, client relations, or hospitality
- Interest in podcast production or media
- Bilingual — Spanish or Creole is a plus in the Orlando market
