Graystone Manor is an upscale personal care home - located in Huntingdon, PA.

Graystone Manor takes pride in a long-standing history of delivering competent and compassionate personal care to each resident.

Job Summary: Medication Assistant

Play a vital role in delivering competent, compassionate medication assistance and personal care support to the residents of Graystone Manor LLC.

Responsibilities

Administer medications accurately and safely according to established protocols.
Monitor residents' health status by checking vital signs and observing changes.
Document medication administration and patient information precisely using EMR/EHR systems.
Assist residents with daily activities, ensuring comfort and dignity.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and safety standards.
Support residents experiencing memory loss or cognitive impairments through compassionate engagement.
Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents.
Will work as a caregiver as needed

Qualifications
Proven experience in personal care, nursing homes, or hospital settings.
Knowledge of medication administration and patient care procedures.
Strong understanding of medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy.
Excellent communication skills and compassion for elderly or disabled individuals.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Certification in medication administration preferred but not required.
Commitment to maintaining resident confidentiality and safety standards.

All employees are scheduled every other Saturday and Sunday.
Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
The ability to work the FULL shift desired.

2nd Shift - 3:00PM -11:30PM - $17.75/HR
