PennCrest Bank is currently seeking motivated and outgoing candidates with excellent communication skills to deliver exceptional customer service. Full-time positions (approx. 20-29 hrs./wk.) available in our Gallitzin/Cresson. This position will float primarily between our Gallitzin and Cresson offices.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must successfully complete an introductory training course and comprehension test.

Duties :

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for performing a variety of duties while adhering to Bank policies and procedures, and to regulations. Duties include but are not limited to:

Providing exceptional service to all customers.
Performing teller transactions of receiving deposits, cashing checks, verifying amounts and endorsements.
Processing loan payments and opening new accounts.
Balancing currency, coin, and checks in teller drawer.
Explaining and promoting products and services.

Skills :

Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Detail oriented
Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software
