Full Job Description

Job Overview

We offer a Weekly Salary + Monthly Commission, daily leads and training and a great opportunity for the right person. At Drive Out Motors, you are not expected to spend your day searching for your own prospects. We provide the leads and training, you provide the follow-up and sales. You will have access to a steady flow of customer inquiries, along with training and support to help you develop the skills necessary to convert those opportunities into appointments and sales.

If you are a strong communicator who knows how to follow up with customers, this is a great opportunity for you.

Duties

Receive new customer leads every day
Respond to customer inquiries through messages, texts, and phone calls
Contact prospects quickly and professionally
Schedule and confirm dealership appointments
Work with customers through the sales process
Follow up with customers who have not yet purchased

Requirements

Bilingual English/Spanish is REQUIRED
Confident communicating with customers in English and Spanish
Comfortable making and answering phone calls, texting, social media messaging
Strong follow-up and organizational skills
Comfortable asking for the appointment and asking for the sale
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced automotive environment
Previous automotive sales experience is a plus but not required
