BCaBA Clinical Supervisor (Hybrid)
Located inside of Just Kidding Play Cafe | Where Great ABA Meets Great Coffee
Not Your Typical ABA Job. Not Even Close.
What if you could practice ABA in a space that doesn't feel clinical?
What if your sessions happened through play instead of at a table?
What if you could collaborate with families while enjoying the best latte in town?
Welcome to our ABA Therapy provided at Just Kidding Play Cafe—an innovative, child-centered environment where therapy feels natural, families feel welcome, and the coffee and pastries are just as thoughtfully crafted as our clinical programming.
We're looking for a passionate Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) who believes that meaningful learning happens through connection, play, and honoring each child's voice.
If you're ready to move beyond fluorescent lights, token boards, and cookie-cutter therapy rooms, keep reading.
What Makes Us Different?
We believe:
- Children deserve therapy that respects their autonomy and communication.
- Assent matters. We don't force participation—we build relationships that make children want to engage.
- Play isn't a break from learning—it is the learning.
- Families belong in the process.
- Clinical excellence and community can exist under one roof.
- And yes...you can grab an amazing coffee and fresh pastry between sessions.
We aren't trying to make therapy look like play.
We believe play is therapy.
