Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Court Reporting Scheduler to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have established relationships within the Texas legal and court reporting community, extensive industry knowledge, and an exceptional sense of urgency when handling client requests and scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule court reporters, videographers, interpreters, and related services throughout Texas.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing reporters and industry professionals.
Source and secure qualified coverage for depositions, hearings, arbitrations, and other legal proceedings.
Communicate with clients, attorneys, reporters, and vendors in a professional and timely manner.
Manage scheduling changes, cancellations, and last-minute requests with efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure all assignments are properly confirmed and documented.
Assist with onboarding new reporters and expanding our Texas network.

Qualifications

Prior experience in court reporting scheduling, legal support services, or a related field.
Established relationships with Texas court reporters and industry professionals.
Strong understanding of court reporting, videography, interpretation, and deposition procedures.
Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Magnificent sense of urgency and the ability to respond quickly to client needs and scheduling challenges.
Proficiency with scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and web-based platforms.
