As a key member of the senior executive team, the Chief Financial Officer will partner closely with executive leadership to shape long-range financial strategies, optimize operational efficiencies, and ensure regulatory compliance while preserving the mission and values of the organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer will guide a dedicated finance and revenue cycle team while collaborating with clinical directors, department managers, friendly nurses, and a diverse group of healthcare professionals across the organization. Responsibilities include oversight of accounting, financial reporting, managed care contracting, payroll, supply chain financial strategy, and performance improvement initiatives.
