Overview
Come join the most tenured Allstate Agency in Amarillo. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer support while driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. While not required, prior experience in a insurance agency would be a plus

Duties

Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
Handle transactions and procedures with precision.
Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients.
Continuously develop product knowledge to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Requirements .

Proven experience in customer service or client services roles, preferably within a call center environment.
Strong sales skills with the ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
