Executive Sous Chef:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Sous Chef. In this position, you will assist the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, oversee all aspects of food service, kitchen management, and team supervision to ensure exceptional dining experiences across our venues. Your leadership will drive high standards in food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction while fostering a vibrant, team-oriented environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional eager to make a positive impact in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise all food production, kitchen operations, and food service activities to uphold the highest standards of quality and safety.
Oversee menu planning, catering arrangements, and fine dining service to deliver memorable guest experiences.
Manage inventory control, food handling procedures, and procurement processes to optimize resources and minimize waste.
Supervise and mentor culinary staff, ensuring effective team management, training, and development.
Coordinate shift management, ensuring smooth operations during busy periods while maintaining compliance with food safety regulations.
Oversee dietary department functions including special dietary needs and menu customization for diverse guest preferences.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients and supplies.

Requirements

Proven experience in banquet management, restaurant management, or food service leadership with a focus on fine dining environments.
Extensive background in culinary arts, food production, kitchen management, and catering services.
Demonstrated supervising experience with team management skills that inspire collaboration and high performance.
Knowledge of inventory management, food safety protocols (including HACCP standards), and food handling regulations.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive work environment.
Excellent organizational skills with experience in menu planning, shift coordination, and inventory control.
Previous experience in hospitality or food industry roles such as bartending or serving is highly desirable.
