Join Our Awesome Team as a Residential Services Program Manager!

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities? Do you have a knack for leadership and a heart for community? If so, we have the perfect role for you!

Position: Residential Services Program Manager

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic leader to join our family and help us keep making a positive impact.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and rock the daily operations of our residential services.
Manage programs, finances, properties, and staff development like a pro.
Build strong relationships with individuals, families, and the community.
Ensure safety, quality of services, and compliance with regulations.
Team up with HR and the Support Services team to hire, train, and schedule staff.
Implement health and safety programs and boost program quality.
Advocate for individuals and manage relationships with all team members.
Supervise staff, conduct performance evaluations, and support employee growth.

Super organized with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
Excellent at communicating and building relationships.
Committed to creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
Flexible and ready to handle 24/7 availability requirements, with support for a great work/life balance.
High School Diploma or GED required
One year of experience working with individuals with ID/DD (minimum)
Supervisory Experience strongly preferred
Valid Driver's License
