Stay FITT Training is a dynamic and community-focused fitness and wellness facility dedicated to helping individuals of all fitness levels lead healthier, happier lives. We are looking for a passionate, experienced trainer who is committed to our mission, vision and values which is the backbone of our team culture and who we bring on our team. Someone with exceptional social media and creativity skills to join our team and inspire positive change in the lives of our clients

You'll not only deliver an incredible experience using energy, passion and commitment but also play a crucial role in our online presence and creative marketing efforts. We're seeking a fitness professional who is not only well-versed in fitness principles but also possesses a creative flair and the ability to leverage social media platforms to connect with clients and promote our fitness community.

Key Responsibilities:

Availability to coach morning, evening, weekend sessions in tandem with other coaches
Lead pre-programmed group training sessions for up to 30 people through strength training, endurance and HIIT style workouts
Be able to focus on multiple people at once and ensure that everyone is exercising in a safe and effective environment.
Ensure the safety of clients by maintaining a high level of expertise in exercise techniques and injury prevention.
Conduct fitness assessments and create personalized workout plans tailored to clients' needs and goals.
Manage personal one-on-one personal training sessions by assessing and planning safe, effective training progressions
Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients, tracking their progress and making necessary adjustments to their fitness plans.
Modify and demonstrate movement patterns for injuries and older individuals
Inspire, energize and motivate clients through training sessions and consultations
Keep the studio clean and safe for members before, during and after class
Foster a positive and inclusive fitness community by building strong relationships with clients and promoting a supportive atmosphere.
Retention and sales
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and certifications, continuously enhancing your knowledge and skills.
Utilize your creativity along with the team to develop engaging fitness content, including workout videos, tutorials, and wellness tips for our social media platforms.
Help grow our social media presence, engaging with our online community and promoting our services effectively
Complete onboarding , continued education and stretch therapy training in the first 90 days
Become a StayFITT Stretch therapist in conjunction with training and coaching

Qualifications:

Certified Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor with a recognized certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM).
CPR and First Aid certification.
Strong understanding of exercise physiology, nutrition, and wellness principles.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire clients of diverse fitness levels.
A creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging fitness content.
Customer-focused with a passion for helping individuals achieve their fitness goals.
Team-oriented and willing to collaborate with colleagues and management.
Knowledge of fitness technology and tracking tools is a plus.
