Job Title: Licensed Clinical Board Certified Supervisor- Radiant Recovery and Counseling Services (RRCS)

Job Summary:

We are looking for Independent Contractors who are highly motivated and take pride in developing other clinicians’ clinical skills. This mental health professional must have met the national professional board supervision standards in Ga & MN. As a company, we will take an innovative approach to serve our clients and their families and help them reach their goals.

As an Independent Contractor, you will be responsible for supervising our pre-licensed counselors and adhering to all ethical guidelines outlined by the GA & MN Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy. This position must provide face-to-face or virtual supervision in a group and individual setting.

The licensed clinical supervisor must have a valid Clinical License through the MN Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy (LMFT, LICSW, or Other) to join our team. The position entails providing therapy sessions to patients, supervising pre-licensed therapists, and collaborating with the leadership team to develop our psychotherapy program. The contractor will be able to determine their schedule within those parameters. Candidates with expertise in culturally competent care and treatment of individuals who have PTSD, anxiety, and depression are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

Maintain a supervisory caseload of at least 7-10 associate therapists / Supervisees.
Meet with each associate therapist at least twice per month. (More consultation meetings can be decided upon between the supervisor and the supervisee)
Review and sign off on supervisees' case notes in a timely and consistent manner (Be available for questions and consultation as needed by the supervisee)
Supervision sessions may be done in person or via video conferencing.
Assure quality of treatment services through training and treatment supervision.
Provide oversight for assigned staff on patient care of caseloads.
Provide 10-20 hours of psychotherapy sessions each week.
Be knowledgeable in compliance and assist in maintaining compliance within the organization
Assist with program development for the delivery of clinical mental health services.

Clinical Duties:

Review and approve clinical charting, including progress notes, diagnostic assessments, functional assessments, and individualized treatment plans.
Complete and review diagnostic and functional assessments.
Provide treatment supervision, per DHS statutory requirements, to Mental Health Practitioners.
Develop and provide training as part of the clinical leadership team.
Support staff in and provide crisis interventions.
Schedule and run weekly supervision meetings.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field required.
Already credentialed with major insurance companies (Medicare, Medicaid, Optum, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Ucare and HealthPartners)
Maintain licensure requirements and completed continuing education as required by the MN Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy
At least two years of clinical supervisory experience.
A Board-approved Supervisor in behavioral health counseling in MN , GA or relevant field (preferred)

Skills

Proven ability to supervise and lead a team of Mental Health Practitioners effectively.
In-depth knowledge of current evidence-based practices in mental health treatment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively lead a team and manage multiple priorities.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound clinical judgments.
Clinical experience with children, teens, adults, and/or families with mental health concerns (Anxiety, depression, trauma, emotion regulation/stress management).
High level of clinical knowledge for understanding what patients with depression, anxiety, addiction, bipolar, schizophrenia, or other disorders need from their treatment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to make independent decisions within the scope of professional practice.
Excellent time management, impeccable attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
Looking to grow with Radiant Recovery and Counseling Services.
Be able to provide Radiant Recovery and Counseling Services with copies of the following: current and valid Minnesota professional license, certifications, diplomas, malpractice insurance, up to date bio.
Working with culturally, ethnically, developmentally, and socio-economically diverse individuals.
Working with child protection, law enforcement, court systems and related community services. Ability to conduct community presentations. (preferred)
Demonstrated strong experience in building and maintaining relationships with referrals sources, local governments, funding sources, community-based clinics, and client/families within agencies.

Financial:

Serve as billing provider for the organization.
Submit billing and other related paperwork in a timely fashion where needed.
Maintain all professional licensure(s) required and provide prompt cooperation with third-party credentialing for billing purposes.

Commitment: Initially, 10 hours per week will be required, with the ability to increase progressively.
