Full Job Description

Looking for first, second and third shift nurses.

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care across various settings. Your expertise will empower you to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with a dynamic healthcare team. You’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients’ lives every day!

What you’ll do

Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments with precision and adherence to protocols.
Provide compassionate support to patients and their families during critical times.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions.
Educate patients about health management, treatments, and preventive measures.
Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Basic qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and nursing practices.

Preferred qualifications

Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems such as Epic or Cerner.
Familiarity with ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding for accurate medical documentation.
Background in critical care, emergency medicine, or acute care settings..
