Full Job Description

Clinical Pharmacist Director

Type: Fulltime permanent position

Location: Douglas/Casper, Wyoming

Salary: $150-175k depending on experience

Relocation assistance will be provided

Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Hire, train, and supervise pharmacy staff
Collaborate with other healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes
Ensure the safe and effective use of medications
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medication records
Stay current with new developments in pharmacy practice and technology

Qualifications:

PharmD or equivalent degree
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pharmacy leadership role
Strong understanding of pharmacy laws and regulations
Proven leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
