As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll play a key role in designing and overseeing individualized treatment programs while working alongside experienced clinicians in a supportive, team-focused environment. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children and their families while continuing to develop your own clinical and leadership skills.

What You'll Do

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments
Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Analyze clinical data to guide treatment decisions and monitor client progress
Supervise, mentor, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians
Provide caregiver education and consultation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care
Maintain high clinical and ethical standards in accordance with BACB guidelines

Qualifications

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
Current BCBA certification (or ability to obtain certification promptly)
Active Iowa Behavior Analyst license, or eligibility to obtain licensure
At least one year of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
Previous experience supervising RBTs or Behavior Technicians is preferred
BACB supervision certification is a plus
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Passion for delivering exceptional client care and supporting team development

Work Environment

This position is primarily clinic-based and involves active engagement with young children throughout the day. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, responding to challenging behaviors, and participating in physical activities that may include lifting, bending, kneeling, sitting on the floor, and moving quickly throughout the clinic.
