Ragsdale Brands is a growing family of companies — Automotive Lift Services, Ames Hydraulics, and more — and we're moving fast. We need one person who can do two things most people can't: work a phone until warm customers turn into booked deals, and work a room. Some weeks you'll be at fairs, shows, and big events, face-to-face with hundreds — sometimes thousands — of people in a single day, and your only job is to win them over. A sale, a lead, a lifelong fan of the brand — you go get it.

This isn't a "position." It's a launch pad. Here's exactly what the path looks like:

THE PATH TO $100k+:

Start at $16/hr base — a real wage you can live on while you learn.
Do the job at a solid pace and commission puts you at roughly $30/hr — about $62k a year.
Get great at it: our top closers clear $85k.
When you're doing $85k, you've proven you can sell AND run things. That's exactly who we promote to run a branch — and branch operators here clear $100k+ with profit share.
There's no ceiling. We're building this to go public, and we pay the people who build it with us like owners.

WHO WINS HERE (the profile):

Rejection doesn't sting you. You've been told "no" a thousand times, and you dial number 1,001.
Asking for the sale feels natural — not pushy, just what you do.
Talking to people all day energizes you instead of draining you.
You're money-motivated and honest about it.
You're consistent. You do the reps whether or not anyone's watching.
You take great notes. You remember what a customer told you three weeks ago.
People LIKE talking to you. You're direct, but you're not a jerk.
You're smart — we sell complex equipment to experienced buyers, and you have to actually know your stuff.
Good with basic math and quick with numbers.
Valid driver's license.
Pig-headed discipline: when there's a warm list, you call it hundreds of times. When there's not, you cold call all day. When it takes nights and weekends to hit the number, you work nights and weekends.
