Triskelia Wellness is an established chiropractic and wellness practice in Derry, NH seeking a warm, dependable and energetic Part-Time/Flex Chiropractic Assistant to join our clinical team.
This is a hands-on, active position working directly with patients and supporting our chiropractors throughout the clinical day. We are specifically looking for someone who would enjoy a smaller, flexible schedule of approximately 1–2 consistent weekdays per week, with opportunities for additional coverage if desired.
This could be an excellent fit for a college student, massage therapy student, Licensed Massage Therapist, pre-PT/OT student, exercise science student, medical assistant, or someone with healthcare/wellness experience who wants meaningful patient interaction without a traditional full-time schedule.
No chiropractic experience is required. We are happy to train the right person.
What You’ll Do
Our back-office team helps keep patient care flowing smoothly throughout the day. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting our chiropractors during patient care
- Preparing treatment rooms and assisting with patient flow
- Setting up and providing physician-directed therapeutic modalities
- Assisting patients with therapies and home-care recommendations as directed
- Cleaning and resetting rooms and equipment between patients
- Maintaining clinical supplies and treatment areas
- Assisting with patient checkout and occasional front-office coverage
- Helping the clinical team wherever needed during busy patient sessions
This is not primarily a desk position. You will spend much of the clinical day standing, walking between treatment areas and working with your hands.

Previous chiropractic, medical, massage, fitness, rehabilitation or wellness experience is helpful but not required.

Physical Nature of the Position
Because this is an active clinical position, candidates should be comfortable:
- Standing and walking for much of the shift
- Occasionally working for 2–3 hours during busy periods without an extended seated break
- Performing repetitive arm, wrist and hand movements while providing therapies
- Moving between treatment rooms throughout the clinical day
- Performing light cleaning, room turnover and equipment setup
We emphasize good biomechanics and will provide thorough training in the techniques used in our office.
Schedule
Approximately 10–16 hours per week, primarily concentrated into 1–2 weekday shifts.
We are looking for someone with some flexibility in their schedule. Additional hours may occasionally be available for:
- Staff vacation/PTO coverage
- Illness or schedule coverage
- Seasonal or practice needs
- Occasional additional weekday shifts

Special Opportunity for LMTs & Massage Therapy Students
If you are a Licensed Massage Therapist or currently attending massage therapy school, we’d especially like to hear from you.
Triskelia has an established massage and wellness program, and this position has the potential to develop into a unique hybrid clinical + massage role.
Licensed Massage Therapists may also have opportunities to build additional massage hours outside of their clinical support schedule. Additional massage availability is completely optional and separate from the required weekday schedule for this position.
There is existing patient demand for expanded massage availability, so this could be particularly attractive to an LMT who wants the stability of hourly clinical work while gradually building a massage schedule within an established practice.
Massage services are compensated separately under our therapist compensation structure.
Compensation
$19–$22/hour for Chiropractic Assistant/clinical hours, depending on experience and qualifications.
Licensed massage services are compensated separately.
