At Jim Ando Plumbing, we believe that great customer service starts long before a technician arrives at a customer's home. It begins with the first phone call.

We're looking for an organized, friendly, and dependable Customer Experience Coordinator to become the voice of our company. This is much more than a receptionist position—you'll play a key role in creating an outstanding experience for every customer while helping our business continue to grow.

What You'll Do

Customer Service

Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Schedule plumbing service appointments using our scheduling software.
Respond to customer questions by phone, text, and email.
Help customers understand our process and what to expect.

Customer Follow-Up

Contact customers regarding outstanding estimates.
Follow up after completed jobs to ensure every customer is completely satisfied.
Request Google reviews from happy customers.
Help build lasting relationships that keep customers coming back.

Marketing & Office Support

During slower periods, you'll help us continue growing by:

Assisting with social media content.
Helping with email marketing campaigns.
Updating customer records and maintaining accurate information.
Tracking estimate follow-ups and customer satisfaction.
Assisting with various office and administrative projects.

What We're Looking For

Experience We'd Love to See

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

Customer service
Administrative or office work
Dispatching or scheduling
Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or other home service industries
Medical or dental offices
Insurance or property management
Social media or marketing
