Full Job Description

ConEquip Parts is growing, and we're looking for a detail-oriented, analytical Quality Assurance Specialist to help drive consistency, accountability, and operational excellence across our organization.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in contact center quality assurance, sales quality monitoring, customer experience auditing, or performance coaching. You'll evaluate customer calls, sales interactions, and workflow compliance to ensure our teams are delivering exceptional customer experiences while following established processes and standards.

Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, confidence presenting findings to leadership, and the ability to influence positive change through data-driven insights.

Core Responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound customer interactions to ensure adherence to quality standards, company policies, and workflow procedures.
Conduct quality reviews and audits to identify performance trends, compliance concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
Analyze evaluation data and provide actionable insights to leadership teams.
Develop, maintain, and analyze Quality Assurance dashboards and reporting using Power BI.
Track call quality, workflow compliance, error trends, and performance metrics by individual, team, and manager.
Distribute weekly QA performance reports to Sales, Customer Experience, and Operations leaders.
Conduct bi-weekly Quality Assurance review meetings with Sales Managers to discuss findings, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Partner with managers to create, document, and track corrective action plans based on QA results.
Monitor the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and follow up on outstanding issues.
Escalate systemic, recurring, or high-risk compliance concerns supported by data and documented findings.
Assist in developing and refining quality assurance processes, standards, and documentation.
Maintain accurate records of evaluations, reports, and corrective action activities.
Stay current on industry best practices and continuously seek opportunities to improve quality programs.

Qualifications

Experience in Quality Assurance, auditing, compliance, operations, customer service, sales support, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Experience creating, interpreting, or working with Power BI dashboards and reports (preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to confidently present findings and recommendations to management-level stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Ability to influence outcomes and drive accountability without direct authority.
High level of accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Comfortable navigating multiple software systems and applications simultaneously.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.

Education & Experience

Minimum one year of experience in Quality Assurance, auditing, compliance, operations, or a related field.
Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered.
