Position Overview

An established and thriving optometry practice group is seeking a full-time Optometrist for a Greater Cleveland Area Float position. This unique opportunity offers professional variety and growth by supporting our high-volume practices in Euclid, Mentor, and Middleburg Heights. You will have the professional freedom to practice full-scope eye care while being supported by experienced staff and state-of-the-art equipment at each location. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys a dynamic environment and wants to engage with diverse patient populations across the Northeast Ohio region.

This opportunity serves the Greater Cleveland metropolitan area, spanning the vibrant lakefront and the thriving southwestern suburbs.

Euclid and Mentor offer beautiful lakeside living along Lake Erie. Mentor is frequently recognized for its high quality of life and is home to the stunning Headlands Beach State Park.
Middleburg Heights provides a high-energy suburban atmosphere with a strong commercial base and immediate proximity to the Cleveland Metroparks "Emerald Necklace."

What You'll Be Working On

Providing comprehensive, full-scope eye care services across our Euclid, Mentor, and Middleburg Heights locations.
Utilizing state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment to deliver expert clinical outcomes for a diverse patient base.
Recommending vision-enhancing products and designer frames from one of the industry's largest selections.
Promoting long-term eye health through thorough patient education and preventative care.
Collaborating with different skilled technical and administrative teams in fast-paced clinical environments.
Adapting to various clinical workflows and patient demographics within the regional network.

Qualifications

Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school.
Valid, active optometry license in the state of Ohio.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
The flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a float-based, multi-site role.
