About the Opportunity

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is opening a locally owned outpatient physical therapy clinic in Wilbraham, Massachusetts with a growing focus on outpatient orthopedic physical therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, balance therapy, and neurological care.

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist who enjoys patient care, values collaboration, and is interested in clinical leadership growth without stepping away from treating patients. This is an opportunity to join a clinic built around a low-volume, quality-focused care model where therapists are supported, respected, and given the time needed to treat effectively.

We welcome Physical Therapists with strengths or interests in orthopedic, vestibular, balance, or neurological care who are excited to continue learning and growing clinically over time.

While locally operated, the clinic is backed by the FYZICAL national network, providing access to specialty education, balance and vestibular resources, clinical training, and operational support.

Position Overview

This Clinical Director role combines hands-on outpatient patient care with clinical leadership in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. The primary focus remains delivering high-quality care while supporting a positive clinic culture and efficient operations.

What You’ll Do

Clinical Care

· Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

· Treat orthopedic, balance, vestibular, and neurological patients

· Deliver hands-on, patient-centered care focused on outcomes

· Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation

Leadership & Clinic Support

· Support a collaborative and positive clinic environment

· Contribute ideas for workflow and patient experience improvements

· Mentor and support future team members

· Partner with ownership on clinic initiatives

Ideal Candidate

· Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts (or license eligible)

· 5+ years outpatient experience preferred

· Strong clinical reasoning and patient-centered mindset

· Interested in leadership growth while remaining clinically focused

· Open to continued learning and specialty development

· Enjoys collaboration, mentorship, and building strong patient relationships

· Comfortable contributing to a growing outpatient clinic environment
