Front Office Coordinator (FOC) Needed
Do you always have a smile on your face? Do you have a way of making people feel at ease and comfortable, even if you don't know them? Then we want to talk to you about our FOC position.
Our physical therapy practice needs a FOC to help us give our patients a 5-star experience all the time, every time!
How will you make a difference?
As a FOC, you will have the incredible honor to set the stage for each patient's visit. Your whole purpose will be to enhance the patient experience.
Your duties as a FOC will include:
- Making sure patients feel welcome as soon as they walk in the door
- Pleasantly answering questions and making appointments
- Using your friendliest phone voice to answer calls and take messages
- Assisting in opening and closing the office
- Understanding and respecting patient privacy laws
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Taking payments and applying them to patient accounts
- Understanding insurance and explaining benefits

Experience/Education Needed:
Experience in the medical field is a significant plus, but it's certainly not required. Spanish speakers are preferred. We offer paid training to the right person with a great attitude, a helpful heart, and a love of learning! You need to at least be a high school graduate or similar.
